She's a '90s chick.
Kim Kardashian has found a new, daring look to shock fans with on the cover of CR Fashion Book, released Monday: a grown-out buzzcut and pencil-thin eyebrows.
The ultra '90s look is featured in the "American Horror Story: Delicate" star's photoshoot for CR Fashion Book Issue 23, on newsstands Oct. 3. Kardashian poses in a variety of outfits, including a bralette, a cold-shoulder V-neck sweater, a smudged white tank top and long-sleeved button-downs. In each of the monochrome photos, Kardashian shows off the short-haired 'do, smoky eyeshadow and skinny, high-arch brows.
The haircut is even shorter than mom Kris Jenner's famous pixie cut; some fans even drew parallels between the two in the comments under Kardashian's Instagram post featuring the images.
The issue also features a conversation between Kardashian and the magazine's founder and editor-in-chief, Carine Roitfeld, about family life, her work with Skims and criminal justice reform advocacy.
"I'm not just saying this, but you are one of my style icons," Kardashian, 42, told Roitfeld. "Elizabeth Taylor is my jewelry icon and I always admired her for her heart and activism to change the world. Marilyn is just an iconic strong woman to me. And most importantly, my sisters, my mom, and grandma."
Kardashian went on to "highlight a beautiful quality in each of my sisters."
Her older sister Kourtney Kardashian, Kim says, "always knows what she wants and doesn't fold when it hasn't been done before or it's not the typical path. I respect her so much for that."
She added, "Khloé’s attention to detail is unmatched and she has the biggest heart in the world. I admire her soul. Kendall is a fun, free spirit and she lives her life so authentically to who she is. I love how she loves her friends and has the best adventures and memories in this life! She values life's experiences to the fullest.
"Kylie is such a beautiful soul who is so generous with her energy and wants everyone to be happy. She is just so real."
